This is an enlivening workshop is aimed to strengthen the values which inspired Care-Givers to enter their remarkable vocation.
Conveniently designed, This workshop to be given in a variety of formats, it can be inserted into time slotted segments or as a "weekend retreat". Each session is designed to last between one to two hours and not to exceed three.
This workshop can also be a "gift" to celebrate anniversaries of hire dates, good attendance records ect.
The Ambassadors of Hope are individuals who have successfully completed this workshop. Graduates recieve a beautiful certificate that communicates their commitment to their work.
RETENTION of GOOD employees makes for COST EFFECTIVE CARE and a GOOD WORK ENVIRONMENT.
This workshop is purely educational and is in no way to be used as a substitute for therapy. The ideal number of participants per group should not exceed 10, with the addition of two Human Resource Professionals, from within the Company, a maximum of 30 employees per workshop event.
